Rayar Ariana
Trinh Audréa
Morgado Mélanie

The Hadopi law is a french law promoting the distribution and the protection of creative work on the internet. The objective is to have a better control on internet users by allowing them to download any kind of videos, music etc... but pay for it for the artists to be rewarded for the work they have accomplished.

à Propose you own three values for Hadopi
Look at a sketch : go on http://www.lepost.fr/  and search “Sketch des guignols hadopi”, then choose the second video.
            àWhat do they imply ?
à According to them, who benefits from Hadopi Law ?

3. Have fun!
Search the words and complete the crossword!

1. A way of downloading thanks to networks                       A. Something that you listen
2. Copyrighted works distributed illegally on internet         B. What Hadopi struggles against
3. What you get when you break a law                                 C. A law protecting the right of artists
4. System of rules                                                                 D. What officially protects the creative work
5. A famous website in which you can download                 E. A security accorded to smth or smbd
6. A collection of webpages, often including a homepage

This law can be useless in a way but this was a good try for the French government to protect copyrights. But at the end, It costs loads of money, a money that can be spend in a better way because today, illegal downloading is a part of the internet world. Moreover, ways to download illegally are very diverse and the law doesn’t take care quite of the software, networks and medias which allow to download.

Wikipedia is a free online user based encyclopedia, its contents are edited by non professional volonteers, and entirely free, although donation sustained, it covers all domains, and is the biggest, though maybe not the most accurate, encyclopedia avaible nowadays.
Wikileaks is a website intended to give anyone the ability to share information with total anonyma, and by this mean allow confidential or sensible information to be shared throughout the world.
Both of them are wikis-based, that is for say, they contain mostly pages modifiable by users.

Comprehensive, easy to use, polyglot, although not always accurate, wiki based sites are already essential, extensively used, and will probably spread their influence even further in the future, to the expense of other medias.

Nowadays, people spend more time on the internet, spreading (subconsciously or not) their private life through social networks. And unfortunately, it may sometimes cause troubles in the real life as we have seen on TV few weeks ago –A manager fired his employee after finding out on her Facebook account that she was enjoying herself when she declared that she was ill.
Can we have any privacy on the internet? How much information do we or should we give out? What are the consequences? Is our information really as secure as we think?
·        What is the top 5 of the most popular social networks? http://blog.compete.com/2009/02/09/facebook-myspace-twitter-social-network/

Oh nooo ! It’s already the end of our little treasure hunt... But we have a funny game for you! ENJOY!
Make a sentence with the words that you find in the following hints:
1)     Opposite of “YES”
2)     “When I am alone with my girlfriend in my room, my mum always pops up out of nowhere then I say to her ‘Can I have any …’? “
3)     Some music now! Complete these lyrics: “The way you make me feel. You really turn me …” (Michael Jackson)
4)     When a French is lisping “je” he says…
5)     What the nerds and geeks are addicted to?
6)     Out of sympathy we give you the 6th answer: “!”
7)     Flying insect producing honey. Bzz…
8)     There is a lion on the street, be …!!!
9)     The same as 6)
For those who didn’t manage to resolve this enigma (because it was a really high-level one) there is the solution:
NO PRIVACY ON THE INTERNET ! BE CAREFUL !
